I'm not extremely into metal but there's always at least one record each year that I get decently into. When it comes to heavier music I'm more of a fan of hardcore punk.

This is Bloodmoon I by Converge and Chelsea Wolfe. I think its one of the best atmospheric black metal records I've ever heard.

This is Green Machine by Kyuss. I love the sludgy but not too heavy delivery. If you know Queens of the Stone Age, this band is fronted by Josh Homme.

I don’t usually listen to heavy metal. I mean the closest I think to that genre I can think of is Anthrax “Madhouse” since it’s been on my playlist whenever I want to be energetic during work and just pump it on selecting “create radio station” for the song.
