   Now time for the best Pokémon that has every lived and his name is... Blastoise! B is for Blastoise! In my opinion, Blastoise is the best Pokémon that I have ever used and I don't know why he is, but he is just so cool! It can learn some of the best moves that I know such as Hydro Cannon, Surf, Blizzard, and Hydro Pump. These moves help make up for its lesser attack and his Defence is already really high to begin with. It evolves from Wartortle at level 36 and is, in my opinion, the best starter Pokémon from Kanto! Venusaur and Charizard have nothing on Blastoise as he has moves that can over power the two such as ice moves and water moves! So, that is why Blastoise is the BEST Pokémon that starts with the letter B!
