I woke up at 10 AM, after sleeping for quite a lot.

I haven't had much sleep this week because of work, and because of having to get up earlier because I needed a different type of transportation due to maintenance works at the subway line I use. I think I had like 8 hours between Sunday night and Wednesday night, which is absolutely crazy.

I woke up naturally, so I'd be in to believe my body has rested enough from all the stress and such. I'll try to get some more hours of sleep in these mini-holidays we have to better endure the next week.

I slept decently well and after I had something to eat, I spent some time doing some more yard work outside since the weather was fairly nice and I had a few hours free before I had to get ready for work. Besides stuff I have to do regularly like mowing, I'd like to get most of the outdoor projects I'm working on done before the Summer months when it becomes too unbearably hot and disgusting to spend more than 20 minutes outside.

Right now I have a problem, my body is too used to the alarm clock now I have found myself either waking up at either four or four thirty in the morning. I don't know if it's the Alarm clock or the Ritalin I take, I have thought about not taking it once a week, but I take it to keep myself awake (and it matters more when I'm at work...though granted I have July and August off)
