Hope of what??!?!?? Yes granted, my presence is not like any other. Though how can I be nice if I was voted meanest on the awards?

I was born and raised in New York City, so i've been in Unova a good chunk of my life. Thats pretty much the only region i've been to so far. I have no plans to go to other region equivalents yet.

I'm really glad to see this fixed while I'm not sure myself how long it was broke it does seem like it's been quite a while but I'm glad it's no longer an issue.

The Vizzed.com server was unable to send emails to gmail addresses. This means that when someone signed up with a gmail email address, or did a password recovery where the password got sent to a gmail email address, they'd receive no email. This has been fixed.

I don't know how long this has been an issue but this was obviously a big issue. It meant that any old users who wanted to return to the sign but couldn't remember their password were unable to.

This is not the same thing as the new feature that lets you sign up using a Google account.

I think the bigger problem is figuring out how to get people attracted to the site. Instead of adding more to people already here there needs to be something attracts people to the forum.

I don't think adding achievements would help unless it also seen on the guest side then it might help a little.

The biggest thing I see is that the site has no niche topic for someone to attach to.(Not counting retro games) For example pokecommunity is centered around pokemon.

To me I feel like RGR is the selling point while the forum/VGR/music are extras to enjoy more with the site.


If I were to stick to your ideas though I lean more towards the first idea of achievements. Maybe that could get somebody that is competitive to join and shoot for the big stuff as a goal. This would need to be advertised pubicly and obviously so people know just viewing the site.


For the User Announcements idea though one of the suggestions I would give is when someone gets the fire username. That would be something else that would have to be tracked. I assume it would be easyish considering the site already knows when you hit the post requirement for the requirements for the day.


Lastly for the "Current User Streaks" I am personally not a huge fan of it especially for the long term daily ones. First off you would always be at top
Maybe upto Monthly would be ok since people could treat it as mini TDVs and if the site does become big enough maybe one of us on the mod side could make the threads and keep track? That is if someone wanted to. Would probably be strictly post only since I don't know of an easy way to calculate words and points in a day without manually counting.

Earlier today I bought myself a 6 inch multigrain sub from Subway, I had Turkey, Mozzarella, avocado, and spinach. I also added Mayo, Garlic Aioli and Smokey Honey Mustard. So at least it's healthy ish

SonicOlmstead : to be fair I didn't get caught in these until I got more notifications than normal in Winter 2021 and then my membername suddenly changed color. Thing is with your rank you probably get to do alot more and rate alot more things that would be worth more whether it was a double CP day or not (and sometimes it's hard to tell with the base amount)

Maybe it's time I watched Tweety's High Flying Adventure and get something ready to go for that review since I was willing to do screenshots for that game and found time and patience for that one.

Furret : Next test would be to see if it automatically awards the Viz and CP after 24 hours have gone by.

I've been to the European based ones.

Kalos in France. I've been all across France basically, including Paris or Lumiose City.

Galar in the UK. I've only ever been to London though, so I haven't fully explored Galar yet.

And Paldea in Spain. I've been to Barcelona, which I think is around the starting city? Or at least there's the mosaic garden or whatever that I visited. Haven't been to all of Spain or any of Portugal yet.

If I ever go Japan I'm definitely visiting all the regions there. That would leave Unova in New York, Alola in Hawaii, and the new region in Indonesia

Davideo7 : It worked! I was able to upload a humorous clip from one of the Minecraft Stream competitions we did years ago, and then I was able to grant myself the CP/Viz for it with the backfill feature (0 in this case because it was short, but it worked none the less).

SonicOlmstead : It should be fixed now, but we'll have to see when someone uploads a new video.

I did just make a page exclusive to Site Staff members that allow staff to award Viz and CP to videos that haven't been awarded.

All they have to do is click 'Run Backfill' and it awards anything that wasn't awarded that was recently uploaded.

I've been to the Kanto region (Tokyo) in Japan, which is what the Kanto Pokemon region is based on. I've also been to the Kansai region (Kyoto, Osaka), which was the inspiration for Johto.

I grew up on Long Island, so I've been to New York City (Unova) plenty of times.

That's it for me as of right now, but I'm likely going to Hawaii in February or March of next year, so soon I may be able to cross Alola off the list too.

So a few weeks ago we did find out that Project Age 1000 is in fact Xenoverse 3 and I'm super excited for the game I know I have a love hate relationship with the Xenoverse games but man something like this set so far past the end of the series there's so much potential and then knowing it could last as long as they want it too I mean look at Xenoverse 2 it's getting it's last DLC 10 years after the game came out. It's funny watching the trailer even though one of Bandai's accounts leaked that it was Xenoverse 3 hearing the Xenoverse theme hit at the start of the trailer got me so hyped, also I really like this demon idol song hope we get a full song of that at some point and it isn't some random thing they just did for the trailer.


We also had an update on Dragon Ball Super Beerus teasing Frieza which I'm excited for I guess? I mean look I don't really love Resurrection F despite Frieza being my favorite character but hey it'll probably look good and such.



Then for Sparking Zero it was weird after seeing Xenoverse 3 I was still excited for more info on the DLC but it was a weird state of how will it impress us after seeing Xenoverse 3? I then learned I should never doubt Sparking at least when it comes to hype because the trailer was great 30+ characters is INSANE for any game as a DLC I really wanna know how much this is going to cost me like I'm guessing $50 at this point based on how much content is in it I hope I'm wrong but like do I think it's a fair price? Probably but that's just my speculation. On a side note I'm so ready to hear the full song for ZERO it sounds so good.

For my next song I've decided to go with one of the Yakuza songs I had stuck in my head for a while.
