I'm working on a book right now! That's part of what has kept me away. I'm about 30,000 words in. It's tough going, and there have been many rewrites. I don't want to spoil the details of the book, but it's in the fantasy/sci-fi genre. If it ever gets published, I will let you guys know!

congrats as a writer to another writer, here is the best thing to do to continue writing... make social media and any other things unavailable for you for a short time to help you write. It will get hard to not check on social media and you need everything to help you write that book.

How cool! Writing a book must be a huge commitment so I can understand well that it would keep you away from vizzed or the internet in general. One of my friends from youth group is writing a trilogy and he has done many rewrites as well. I hope he can finish the first book before college takes up too much of his time.

I think a lot of people (myself included) don't realize how much time and work goes into writing a book. A writer was doing a presentation or something like that at my high school once and he told us that it takes months to years to complete a book. Props to you for sticking with it despite the rewrites!

Furret : It most likely would be called "The Earthfreed Chronicles: Book One". The first book in a planned series. It's about two Earths that circle each other and the people who live on them. They complement each other and differ from each other. And when the people from both earths come together and have children, these children can fly, have special powers, etc. Over the course of the series, I plan to explore how this sort of situation leads to conflict, and how such conflict is resolved. The first book will likely completely be set on one earth with references to the other, and the second will be explored more in the sequel book.
