I'm having two problems that I think are related.  I have been having this issue for a while and it is happening with all games and all ems on both Vizzed and the site with the Nintendo games.   I think it might have  to do with some setting on my computer but I am not sure.

The first issue is that if I click off the game screen at any point, I can't get back to the game by clicking back on the game screen.  The game is still playing but the controls and pressing save states doesn't register.  So if I do ever click off the game screen, I have to close then reopen the game to play again.

The second, and more pressing issue, is that I can't use my X360 controller on anything other than N64 games.  I can only use the pre-set keyboard controls (I can't double click or press esc to customize them).  I think the reason I can use the X360 on N64 games is that they are pre-set for it. 

I believe the reason I can't double click or esc to customize the controls is related to the first issue in that if I double click, it just loses contact with the game screen instead of taking me to the customizing options.

Has anyone had these problems or do you have any possible remedies?
