Hi guys! I am new to the site and have so far enjoyed the amount of games one has access to. The nostalgia is so great here. I am a recent college graduate with a degree in Visual Arts. I have been playing games since before I could walk pretty much. My first console was an Nes back in the early 90s. One of my favorite games to play is Final Fantasy 9 which was also the first game I ever beat on my own. I am a live streamer who is just starting out  as well as an editor for several podcasts. I hope to enjoy meeting new gamers who appreciate the classics as opposed to just triple A titles.

We're always happy to have another user who appreciates the classics, and there's plenty more to enjoy here than just games. There's a Video Game Music Room with over 100,000 songs from games both modern and retro, a Market with over 15,000 codes for Steam (and a few for other systems like PS3/PS4 or Wii U), the Forums with one of the nicest communities online, and a few other features I'm too tired to remember at the moment lol. I too also enjoy playing a lot of the older classic games that I grew up with in the 80,s such as the nintendo and atari games in fact since joining Viz 5 years ago I have discovered that not only does Viz have one of the biggest collection of games on the website but also a very nice community of people who are always willing to help whenever anyone has any problems by the way be sure to save your Viz points and check out the Viz market where you can buy useful things such as game players that will allow you to play games for different systems for free without having to use your points to buy the games also if you ever have any games that you have purchased from Viz (except for steam games)that you no longer want in your game profile they can be returned to Viz and you will receive most of the points you paid for them back.hope you enjoy your stay

I agree that the nostalgia is so great here because I started playing retro games like Pac-Man 10 years ago when I was only 7 years old!

It's cool that you live stream. I find myself watching others stream on Twitch at least once a day. I can't seem to get enough of it

What's editing podcasts like?

Editing is fun, but since we're new everyone has pretty basic equipment. We get a lot of background noise which is difficult to eliminate and  echoes which are almost impossible. I do enjoy it though and have become pretty close with the other podcasts members.
