Hello,

I have been experiencing an issue while browsing this website: It seems I have new private messages but when I go to the private messages page I see nothing. I click "Mark all as read" and the notification is gone as it's supposed to be.

The fact is I received a message from a global moderator, which could be something important I miss.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? It's odd the fact it hasn't been reported yet.

I remember PMs being busted a while ago, but I'm pretty sure they're ok now. Try turning your computer on and off or something.

Odds are you went over the daily limit for how much Viz a user can earn before it's put on hold, and must be approved by the Mods+. It's a system put in place to avoid users abusing the system for huge payouts, and spending it all before the Mods have a chance to revoke whatever they did.

You get a PM from whoever on the Mods+ team that approved your Viz payout, and those are the only ones I've seen so far not showing up at all in the Inbox.

It seems it doesn't happen anymore. That may have been an issue with the welcome message and the Viz approbation messages.

The "{user} has given you [quantity] of Viz" automated messages work fine too

What's actually happening is that a PM is sent but something in the message causes an error which means that the user is receiving a PM with no message attached. The problem is less common now but is still happening. To reduce confusion, I went ahead and made it so that the inbox shows all PMs but lets you know which ones had a message that couldn't be found.

After looking into it a little more, 1 of the messages that you didn't receive properly was your introductory PM from the Vizzed account. I'll have to go and fix this.
