I had a lot to drink throughout the evening. On my way home while on the train, I had a cup of white hot chocolate from Tim Hortons and then once I was home I had a can of Mountain Dew with dinner. I just tried something different this morning for breakfast, today I drank my daily cup of milk with 100% pure cocoa powder, no more industrialized elements whatsoever.

While the taste is obviously more pure, it's also very bitter (haven't yet tested if it's because quantities should be lower compared to its industrial counterpart) which means you have to manually add sugar to it. I'd say you're taking less sugar this way, but honestly I'm not sure and I almost fear of doing the math.

It also seemingly needs to be drank in a single go as the sugar dissolves further and eventually doesn't affect the taste, but once again this is just lack of testing. The end product tastes nicely when the appropriate mix is achieved, so this definitely helps to keep on testing and getting familiar with this new process.
