Why it was a diet Mountain Dew of course! But hey, I've been drinking water lately too, so that's worth something, right? I'm working on getting more water in anyway. So far it's only sixteen ounces a day, but that beats zero ounces. Soon I'll bump it up to thirty two ounces and slowly increment it until I feel happy with my water intake again.
