Standard question, I'm a newbie so don't be mean if that was a stupid question, I have 170 vizz but every time I go on it says I haven't enough vizz to play it.

It says '200 Viz to Play' on the page. This is the only game that costs this much if I remember correctly because it's a 65 MB game so I'm forced to charge that much Viz for the game to avoid to much bandwidth usage (bandwidth costs me money).

If you rate the games you've already played, you should be able to earn enough Viz to buy it though. Also note that coming on to the site every day gives you 50 Viz, posting gives you Viz and bringing your friends here gives you tons of Viz.
