So I've been wanting to get Blaster Master Zero on 3DS (not Switch) for a bit, and I thought I'd go ahead and see if someone could help me.

Basically I am offering 100K Viz for a $10 eShop card for it
But if you don't have that and you have a code for Blaster Master Zero, I'd gladly pay for that.

(side note is $10 enough for a $9.99 game or is there tax? if it only applies to certain locations i am in tennessee)
