It finally started getting cold here starting yesterday. On Christmas eve I got a jacket from Twitch and I had to start wearing it along with a hoodie because of how cold it's been and it's supposed to get even colder during the weekend.

After getting off from work tonight and stepping outside, it felt colder than every other day of Winter this far. Don't know if I'll see any of the ice or snow from this incoming blizzard, but the wind and cold tonight are definitely no joke. I'll definitely bring a thicker jacket to work tomorrow.

It's gotten a lot colder; it's about -5 F here, and it's only going to get colder, but I do like the cold, and I'm hoping for lots of snow this winter. We also made a little snow fort with the snow we got before Christmas, and then it got warmer out, and some rain, but it survived, and now it's all ice, so once it gets warm out it'll last long(er).

Right now it's 30° outside and snowing. Don't know if we'll reach 10-12 inches like the weather warnings are estimating, but we'll see.

Been a few days since I saw snow but the weather outside according to google is 12 out right now and looks like it'll be snowing tomorrow, I gotta say the past 2 winters I've gone from being able to go outside in shorts and no coat with snow to thinking 32 is freezing ever since a few years ago when it was -38 with the wind chill I've never been as warm after being stuck outside 20 minutes in that weather.

The weather for me has been in the low 40s for the last few days and is supposed to stay that way until the end of this week. I'm fine with a little break from having to wear 40 layers every time I step outside to run an errand or take the dogs out. The next 2.5 months of cold weather can't end soon enough, lol.

The snow from the storm has all but melted, but it's still very cold. I had to change a car battery out at an Auto Zone today and it was nearly impossible to unscrew the rusty bolts with how numb and lifeless my fingers were. Even after coming home and going inside, it still took several minutes for my hands to warm up again. Yesterday night was even worse with how windy it was. I didn't bother checking the temperature, but with the F5 winds, it must've been below 20°.

It's been very cold this week, easily the coldest of all winter. Going out at night, even if it was just a simple chore, was absolutely freezing.

Today we're also having some rain since a few hours ago. Kind of welcome, but it feels even colder now. No rain is expected tomorrow and temperatures will rise slightly, so hopefully the weekend can stay stable like this.
