It's likely that you'll get a response if you make an offer as opposed to leaving it open. The Viz value for money depends who you're dealing with and what you're buying. For a Steam gift card, you can expect pay out several thousand Viz per dollar, so a $5 Steam gift card is likely going to run you between 30,000 to 50,000 Viz, provided someone decides to take you up on your offer. It's really up to you to decide what you're willing to trade, though.

Also, I would suggest looking into the Vizzed Market store, as there are many game codes for sale, there. You can purchase these games using Viz.
