It's likely that you'll get a response if you make an offer as opposed to leaving it open. The Viz value for money depends who you're dealing with and what you're buying. For a Steam gift card, you can expect pay out several thousand Viz per dollar, so a $5 Steam gift card is likely going to run you between 30,000 to 50,000 Viz, provided someone decides to take you up on your offer. It's really up to you to decide what you're willing to trade, though.

I've had a lot of good luck asking for games I wanted via a thread in the market when games I want go on sale. Also, I would suggest looking into the Vizzed Market store, as there are many game codes for sale, there. You can purchase these games using Viz.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.
