I would like to see a Kirby's Air Ride 2, and another Metroid game. One that isn't Federation Force. :3

Jordanv78 : There was a Bionic Commando remake a few years back. I think Battletoads was basically seen as a TMNT ripoff. I would love to see a sequel or a reboot of Guardian legend if done right. I never played Jet Force Gemini and as for Conker,I doubt anyone is going to take that chance,esp. after that XBox port some years back.

A user of this : I would like to see a classic Metriod game myself. Why does every new game or reboot have to be in 3D?

Oldschool777 : I remember the horrible Bionic Commando Remake. It was not a sequel. I was hoping for a direct sequel one that paid better tribute to the 2D origins. Rather than these 2.5D remakes that everyone was doing for awhile there a few years back

With regards to Conkers, if Rare would actually make a sequel rather than a port, it would be met with lots of anticipation as I know I'm not the only one that would like to see a true sequel to that game.

As for Jet Force Gemini, it's one of the better games for the N64

I'm not sure too many people thought of Battletoads as a TMNT rip-off. No more than people yell about Sonic being a ripoff of Mario. You are the only person I've ever heard say that, and I'm a huge fan of the original TMNT series and graphic novels. Although they are challenging games, I would still like to see another sequel.

I would also be pretty stoked to see a sequel to Comix Zone. I loved that game and would enjoy seeing more games made in that vein.

Some games I think need a sequel are Conker's Bad Fur Day,  The Wonderful 101, and a new F-Zero game.

Conker's Bad Fur Day is my favorite M rated game ever.

The Wonderful 101 is a highly underrated game by Platinum Games that suffered from being on the Wii U.

We need a new F-Zero game NOW Nintendo!

The last I heard of the Rare team,they were stuck doing horrible Kinect games. Maybe someone will take up the mantle.

That explains it,I never had a N64 and I am glad I never did. I just think that was part of Nintendo's backward thinking at the time.

Many considered it a rip-off of the TMNT. But I did love the games,even if the original made me want to hurt someone.

N64 had a lot of great games on the console, even if I personally preferred the PS1.

It depends.....on which games that does or doesn't. For some games do end on a cliff hanger they would need a sequel. It just depends on really what needs a sequel.

Eniitan : Many,many games have been made that needed no explanation. Just look at the CoD series. Think of this thread as more of a wish list.

Whereas a lot of games worthy of a sequel or a reboot or a re-release are left by the wayside. Now,at times,you will get a spiritual successor like Scott Pilgrim to River City Ransom. (Or in the case of RCR they got a successor later on in the form of River City Underground.)

They made a remaster of crash 1,2 and 3 making it a trilogy and I am sure it will sell well along with other games like Super Mario odyssey that's based off on Super Mario 64 on the N64. I think its amazing really now they are doing something that most people can be happy about more, than the previous release of games.

Eniitan : That is because more companies are waking up and realizing that we,the gamers,decide their fates. We decide with our wallets if we are going to buy their titles.

Oldschool777 : Yep....I just don't get it why they didn't even start doing it on time. I don't know, but companies tend to do their own thing and when that doesn't always work, then they do what the fans want I guess.

Eniitan : Because they think they know everything and a lot of companies like Capcom,Konami,and EA are discovering that gamers when angered,will take to the internet and boycott them.

A few suggestions from me:

I never played Sonic Generations,but it seems like a good premise.
I would love another SMB2 game,but that is considered the black sheep of the series.
That would be a no-brainer for the 3DS.

I would like to see a Mega Man X 9,but only if it is done well. X7 and X8 were pretty weak.

One game I would like a sequel too would be E.V.O. Search For Eden for the SNES. It's a relatively obscure game, so much so that it goes for hundreds if not thousand for a physical copy.
Onto the game itself, It's an action-rpg like game. You go through different eras of time (Early sea life, dinosaurs, rise of mammals, early humans, etc...) all whilst fighting through enemies and eating their meat to gain EVO points. This is the main gimmick of the game. You start each era as one of the weakest creatures. For example, in the first era you start as a slow, low damaging fish with very little defense. After eating enough meat and getting enough EVO points, you can choose to evolve certain traits and features (Shark like mouth, longer body, dorsal fins to help you move faster, horns) to help you survive and evolve further. It's honestly a really fun game, and it has aged well, except for a few things (It's difficulty is really wonky, and it's pretty grind heavy).

If not a sequel, a remake with updated features, eras, fixing some bad game designs, etc... would be amazing.

Maguc : Surprise,surprise,you and I agree on something. Holy f--king s--t...I loved E.V.O. and it was a fun game. I would love to see a sequel to Legend of the Mystical Ninja for SNES. Now,seeing as it was published and/or made by Konami,I do not see it happening. They were stupid enough to let Kojima (Metal Gear) go and ruin Metal Gear Solid with MGS Survive.
