Hello I am new to the site,iv recently started playing Final Fantasy Tactics Advanced. I understand how to reset the keys the way id like,but it doesn't give me an option for a main menu button. Another issue I am having is I am not sure if there's checkpoints somewhere along the line that will allow me to save the game, iv noticed it has an f2 save state and f4 load but once I close its not saved. So I guess the question is if I do hit a checkpoint will it be saved as I don't want go threw the long start for a fourth time unless I am sure . also I tried the faq's and browsing around and did not want to bother anyone, also i figured id do my first post. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Hello and welcome to Vizzed. First off, we'll need a little more info before we can help. Which emulator are you using: Mednafen or VisualBoyAdvance? If I recall correctly, in game saving for Final Fantasy Tactics Advance in VBA doesn't work and it may not work for Mednafen, either. You'll have to use the emulator's save state feature to save your progress. When you say you don't have the option to reconfigure your controls, do you mean when you double click the game window?
