Stream with Multiple Mics, Separate Controllers, Same Console?

I've done over an hour or research another hour of testing, and there is nothing that I can find or have tried that seems to work. 
Currently, I don't think it's possible unless we use a Kinect, or get a separate mic, a capture card, a software system, etc. Basically, without getting really expensive. 

Does anybody have any suggestions, or know if this is even possible? I'm going to start my channel back up with a friend, and would really like it if I didn't have to consider spending hundreds of dollars to be able to simple stream with multiple mics. I don't understand why I can't just have multiple people signed in on separate accounts on different controllers, all with a unique mic, and it actually work.
