What happened? I was just playing with my friends. Then, we played Halo TMCC for half an hour, signed in a 4th account, and booted up Rocket League. It requested that I accept the Terms and Condition, and then... all my stats: *POOF*

Now, I still have all my items, but I've been reset to level 1 with no XP, and my goals, saves, assists, etc on my items have been reset to 0 as well. 

I've already tried a hard reset of the console, no good. So I tried deleted and re-adding my profile; that didn't work either. I just finished reinstalling the game, which didn't work either. So, I deleted my local save data, synced with what was in the cloud, and no bueno. 

Does anybody have any suggestions or advice on how to get my stats back? I put quite a bit of time in. At least I didn't lose as much as other people have.

But no, I haven't heard of anything like that. The only difference between you and me is that you have multiple accounts playing at once, whereas I'm playing by myself all the time. That might have something to do with it.

And if you tried resetting the console, reinstalling the game, etc I'm not sure if you could do anything else. I'd have done the same things. Its weird that you still have all your items but they've been reset to 0.

I could just tell you to go ahead and switch over to PS4 though. If you'd been playing PS4, none of that would've happened. But I know that won't work...so I won't even mention it XD

Did you really have four accounts signed in at once? If so, then that's probably the problem right there. I've always thought that was a dumb idea because it seemed to me that the synchronization of each individual account would most likely screw up at some point. But I'm no expert on anything Xbox related, lol.

Now, was this something that happened in one day or did it span for a week or so? I don't recall seeing anything happen like this on the PS4. And you say that other people have lost more?? Wow, I wonder what other games are screwed up on Xbox...

Note To Self: Isn't it ironic that you are the Microsoft Manager on Vizzed yet you hate Xbox in general??

No, it was like 7:00 PM, we changed from Rocket League to Halo. Then at 11:00 or so, we went to Rocket League, and my data was gone. 
The only thing I didn't do was reset the console, because that would have been hell, as I have ~95 games and ~25 apps on my console. 
I don't think the 4 accounts had much to do with it, because from the 2 hours of research I did, it's just a random thing. It's happened on Steam and PlayStation as well. PC is an easy fix, apparently: you just need to delete a certain file, and it should sync back up properly. However, you can't do that on XBOX and PlayStation. 

Thankfully, I didn't lose any achievement progress. The only thing that I might have to start over on is the 535 shots on goal. But I was only about 20-some-odd percent of the way done with that one. The rest was just waiting on items. 

thing1 : Just in case you don't know already, Psyonix just released patch 1.26 today. This patch addresses the issue where local save data would sometimes be "lost" when playing in split-screen mode. For PC players, this issue has been resolved and all their settings/stats should be restored but for some reason this was impossible for PS4/XB1 users. A full list of fixes can be found here ( but I'm sure you already know this ).

This would explain why I have not encountered this problem because I hardly ever play split-screen anymore, lol.
