I like X from Mega Man X. He looks a lot cooler than the original one. While I prefer the some of the original's games, X just looks too cool for me not to pick.

While I like all of them, I especially have a soft spot for the .EXE version of Megaman. Mainly as he is apparently based on the brother of the main hero, from what I heard.
