Should there be when a holiday or new month comes around, the theme of the site changes completely for the rest of that month or time of the holiday?
Ex: It's Easter, and we get an Easter-like holiday. Each theme would be used forever, no changes.

I think we need this. Right now, all that you can do is select a Christmas theme in the settings. We need more than that. Also, turning them off is allowed.

I don't be think there should be. On top of the cost of using them, more often than not it will be a distraction for some. Last year. Remember quite a few people didn't even like the chrsirmas one.

While I think the idea is cool, like zanderlex said, some users find it annoying or don't like how they look. To counteract this, David would have to invest time and money into making quality ones that many users would appreciate it, and once you consider the state of the site right now, it's not worth it for David. Maybe a little tiny holiday detail here and there, but it's not financially feasible, nor is the time it takes to make them. Maybe if the site gets more popular or the users start helping out, sure. As of now? No.
