Furret : I like to cook more of Japanese food than Nigerian food. My favourite dish is Nikuman (Steamed Pork Buns) the first time I made it was a fail. Because I did it at church I lacked the equipment I need to make it. The second time I made it was absolutely delicious! I had two or more that's how good it tasted! I still need to make sushi, and onigiri. I have sushi rice in my store room. And yes I have secret recipes I don't share for a reason. Let me explain...you see I think I told you I always experiment into doing different flavours to see what works. The ones that do work for me I keep and the ones that don't work for me, I don't keep. I do this because its one of my specialty and two it adds that uniqueness to my baking and cooking that people always taste.
