This November, Nintendo will launch it's NES Classic, bringing back the NES console with 30 built in games and a save state feature. I, for one, am very excited. I'm looking forward to replaying classic games and trying out ones I never got the opportunity to play.


My question to the Vizzed Board: if there is a Super Nintendo Classic Edition (which I regard as more than likely), which games would you want to see built-in to it?

I think that we would need some 3d games too such as:

Star Fox (1993)

Doom (1993, sped up a bit because the original one had a lot of lag)

Wolfenstein 3d (1992)

Personally it would be cool to play them, but due to licensing issues I am not sure if they could have these games. Particularly Doom and Wolfenstein as  they are owned by ID Software, which is now owned by Microsoft. Still, it would be great if they had these games don't you think?

Here's my list of games that I'd like to see on the Classic Snes console.


Crono Trigger along with: Final Fantasy 4-6. The Snes was well known for the RPG Department, so having these is a must to bring back the Classic Snes Game Library.

The Compliation Cartridge: Super Mario All Stars+World.
