I used to be as extreme as they come. Often staying up to 3 or 4am or pulling all nighters regularly. Even when having school sometimes due to procrastinating having lead into late night cramming sessions or other things like talking to people on vizzed keeping me up, resulting in getting through the next day becoming a struggle. Now I've noticed as I've become more busy with other things I stay up less and less. It's pretty rare for me to do it on school days now unless I have a big exam I need to study for, since otherwise that would make going to the gym regularly impossible. I've also noticed after stopping that school has become more bearable and overall I feel less stressed. When I don't have school then I might stay up late to 2 or 3 doing a late night gaming session, but I try not to make a habit of it like I used to.

Well, lets see here...

I don't go to bed until around 6 AM, I don't wake up until around 2 PM, and I'm most energetic around night time because of it. I'd have to say I might be the biggest night owl here, but that's going a bit far.

It makes it to where I can do things while people are asleep that most people wouldn't do until they wake up, like watch videos seconds after they're posted on youtube.
