Prince of Persia Warrior Within Review PS2 Version

Hi guys there is another prince of Persia game I played. It wasn't my most favourite one to enjoy, but still a pretty good decent game to play.

Story 8 out of 10:  After the events of Prince of Persia The Sands of Time in the beginning of the game. You will see the Prince finds himself running away from something, and is constantly being hunted by a terrible beast known as the Dahaka. The prince manages to escape from the beast for the time being, and then seeks counsel from an old wise man. He explains the problem at hand that whoever releases The Sands of Time has to die. As you know from playing the first game the prince didn't because he escaped his fate. The old man says it is the Dahaka's mission as guardian of the Timeline to ensure that he dies as he was meant to. Also more to the story the prince is told of the Island of Time where the Empress of Time first created the Sands. The Prince sets sail for the Island in an attempt to prevent the Sands from ever being created. After a battle at sea with an enemy force led by a mysterious woman in black. She attacks the Prince's ship then he washes ashore unconsciously onto the Island of Time.

Graphics 5 out of 10: I remember I didn't like much of the graphics to do with the game. Because it felt strange, and I was used to seeing the one from two thrones as a better one. All games have similar graphics but different in a way. I have to say its terrible really the way the prince looks its really off. But redoing him and restructuring his appearance in the two thrones made him to look better. I wouldn't be surprised if I wasn't the only one who thought about this.

Sound 8 out of 10: The music here in there will be some hard rock mixed with Arabic music as well. When I first heard the music when playing the game I found it was really amazing. Because it fitted the moments of when the hard rock music came in during some points in the game. I think there is more Arabic music in the other games than this one. So that’s what makes it a little more different to the others.

Addictiveness 7 out of 10: To me I say the game isn't as addictive as the sands of time or two thrones. Because those games offered something more better in a way.

Difficulty 9 out of 10: And again the game is hard full of puzzles, challenges you have to face to get to the targeted areas. Its quite annoying when you have to climb because one wrong move leads to your death.

Depth 8 out of 10: In my other review to do with two thrones you have heard of a character there called Kaileena. You get to meet Kaileena first in this game who in which is the woman you will havet save. She is tied to many things to do with the sands of time. As said the story is complex if you don't understand it well. From the warrior within you will get to know a lot of things about the sands of time and more as well.

Overall 8 out of 10: It’s a good game to play. For me personally its something I would probably play once or twice, and not really get back to playing the game till a very long time. I do recommend for you to try out this game if you have played the other prince of Persia.

Thank you for taking the time to read my review. I'll be back with another one soon. ^-^
