I've added an AdBlock Detection code to the pages of Vizzed. This will track how many of the site's viewers are using AdBlock so that I know what percentage of the traffic is not being monetized.

This tracking shouldn't affect anyone since you shouldn't be seeing anything but I'm making this post just in case it causes any issues. It'll most likely be temporary until I've got the data that I need.

I asked you a while ago in a PM but the response was unclear. I wanted to know if since I'm using Avira Browser Saftey, which to my knowledge only blocks video content, if the ad is still there and therefore tracked by the ad company.

I just now unblocked the tracker for Exponential and I've done this about 5-10 times in the past couple years –as soon as I unblock ExponentialI get flooded with 10 other trackers which slows down my browsing at Vizzed.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.

We prioritize the community over the site profits.  This is why we avoid using annoying (but high paying) ads like most other sites which include popups, obnoxious sounds and animations, malware, and other forms of intrusiveness.  We'll do our part to never resort to these types of ads, please do your part by helping support this site by adding Vizzed.com to your ad blocking whitelist.
