I would like to download xpadder and try out Shooter Maker 95 from the Control Panel. I recently upgraded from Newbie to Normal Member but the downloads give me the error that I'm not at the appropriate power level. The FAQs and Power Levels help do not list which level is the minimum required for downloads. Please advise on what I may do, thanks!
