first day sucked second day was better

on the first day my sis n i were the only ones wearing the dorky new uniform lmaooo it was so embarrassing

today i made sure to blend in w/ the crowd bc i mean sometimes "standing out" is good but sometimes............ it's not

my teachers are all chill n most of em r kinda boring tbh but hey that's better than mean

my physics one is cool tho like she was lively n energetic + showed us vids abt motivation or smth

she also handed us a piece of paper each n told us to introduce ourselves n all i wrote was BEEEP beep vroom limousine speed racer go 

math teacher's chill n i'm thankful for that tbh bc my history w/ math teachers isn't that gr8 so who knows maybe i'll enjoy it better this year like a teacher can rlly change the way u look @ a subject u know

Yaaay!!! Good to hear today went so much better! I'm surprised it was only your second day though since here it started back a month ago.

I'm glad that school didn't turn out to be as bad as you thought Kimmy :3. My school experiences are almost never bad, and I always went to public schools that were seen to be "ghetto".

I guess I understand the idea that school is terrible but it's a place you see your friends. And call me a big loser but it's a place I learned a lot of things. I learned about myself, I learned cool facts, I figured out what I liked and didn't like when I was that age. It was a big giant playground for experimenting.

Good for you that you're finding out it doesn't suck nearly as much as you though it would suck. Maybe you'll eventually embrace it and find that you don't mind it too much and it's not that bad.

I'm glad to hear your second day went better. Totally not the same thing, but my niece (who is 7) hated her first day and seemed to like her 2nd day more. For me, I found the 1st day wasn't as great because it was filled with anxiety - later on in the year I knew what to expect, but the 1st day I didn't.

I'm surprised you two were the only ones wearing the uniforms. Are they not mandatory?
