Tried it with both Pokémon Cloud White & Yu-Gi-Oh Sacred Cards in Firefox, and with Yu-Gi-Oh GX Duel Academy in Chrome, but couldn't change the controls on any of them. Any idea how to fix this? Or am I stuck with the default control configuration?

Johnny Eagle : There's a problem for some of us that doesn't allow us to change the key bindings in VBA by double clicking the screen. There are two solutions to this: You can use the other emulator, Mednafen, or you can manually edit the config file, which I've made a guide for here. Let us know if this worked for you.
