What I want to do is pretty simple: add scroll bars to the content boxes on my profile so the page isn't so long. I've fiddled, toyed and tinkered with what little HTML I know, which might as well be nothing, and haven't gotten anything to work. I've managed to make a few post layouts, but they all follow the same pattern and it doesn't seem to apply. Anyone have any tips?

You're going to want to apply a style on the box1 and contentbox1 classes. Something like this:

      overflow: scroll; /* Forces the div to display scrollbars, even when they're

Now, where do you put these? Well, I'm not sure. David changed the way profiles work so I'm not sure anymore. Haven't taken the time to figure it out, but you're a smart lad, I'm sure you can do it.

Lazlo Falconi : Thank you very much for getting back to me and even more for a thorough explanation. I frequently have to tell people that they have to explain things to me like I'm 4. Unfortunately, it would seem that the new profiles disallow most page altering code as David stated when they first went live. It's pretty much ignoring the style tags. He said basic HTML would work, but I guess he meant REALLY basic. Unless someone finds some sort of exploit, it might not be possible without David adding a new feature to the customization options.
