Well at least the delay is only going to be like 2 months right? Usually when you see a delay of a big game its for much longer like what happened with GTA V for PC and Uncharted 4 I believe and it should allow for the game to be better unless its pushed back for some other reason.

What I find funny like....nowadays popular games such as this. The developers of the game will say the date for it to be released, and then say when the time comes, that there will be a delay which gets people angry. I don't know if anyone notice this? I think because of how the modern consoles are which can take longer to develop. Or.....they are not keeping to time, and being lazy. I don't have the right to assume something I don't have enough information of. Its something I picked up from people like seeing what's said about the most poplar games, that has been showed trailers of, and when its meant to come out by. But, you can never know....I mean things happen. '-'

They do not want to release an unfinished game that requires a mandatory day 1 patch that is needed to play the game or else it would be full of glitches.

Lets take No Man's Sky for example:

It was a game that was constantly delayed and released without being finished. The developers had to take many shortcuts in order to make it, and ended up making a $60 flop. 

I might get this game when it comes out and review it.

I just pre ordered my copy right now on Amazon for $48. Can't wait, though I won't be able to play it on my own PS4, but I will spend a lot of time playing it on my friends.

I think the whole series needs to be shelved. Do not misunderstand,I love Final Fantasy,but the last few offerings were too much of a "me too,me too" MMORPG vibe for me.
