So am I supposed to only be able to use the comet chat bar in the chatroom? I can't use it anywhere else on the site, and from what I can tell only Elites+ can use the cometchat bar anywhere on the site. I have set it to appear everywhere on the site, but nothing.

Cometchat used to be restricted to elite+ no matter where you used it. After the new chat, trusteds below can only use cometchat in the chat room. Elites+ get to use it everywhere.
