Plenty of sports teams, whether they are collegiate or professional use some form of mascot to energize fans. Some mascots are above and beyond by either having a really awesome design or by being really fun and entertaining. Which ones do you like the most? Ir could be one for a favorite team, one you just hear about or whatever. My two favorites would be Mr. Met for the New York Mets and Johnny Thunderbird for the St. John's Red Storm.

I got the idea for this because im at a minor league baseball game and there's a guy in a seagull costume running around, it's hilarious lol.

I'm a little biased here, but the Wildcat mascot for the University of Kentucky will always be my favorite. My entire room is covered in UK paraphernalia and the entire sports aspect of the school will always hold a special place in my heart. Their basketball program was what my grandfather and I always bonded over, so there's nothing else that could ever come close

Mynamescox44 : Lol, it seems like Wildcats are one of the most popular animals uses for teams, I've pretty much seen many more Wildcats than anything else. In fact, the mascot for my high school was a Wildcat and was very well known too around the city, the mascot for one of my colleges was a Wildcat, and a couple of local sports teams and little league teams in my city also used the Wildcat, it's odd that so many teams just use that, it's like it's the default animal that teams just use if they can't think of anything better. Lol.

My favorite mascot is Brutus Buckeye. No other mascot for any other sports team comes close to being as great of a mascot as Brutus is for the Ohio State Buckeyes. I'm not a huge college fan, but I'm still able to see how big of an impact Brutus makes in Sports.
