My hardest catch would probably be Latias or Latios. Or Suicune. I was 10 when I found Suicune and I accidentally killed it XD I was soooo mad at myself!!!! -------------------- |

The Hardest catch ever for me was zapdos... 0_o
Not that it is especially HARD to catch its just that every time i attacked it the health would go all the way donw anfd i waould have to reset and try again. Then the one time i got lucky and it ended up with 1hp (im geussesing it was really low) i tryed to catch it with like 35 ultraballs and none worked and i didnt have any pokemon that could make status affections. But after that and i restarted i got him like halfway donw and said to myself "self if i sont catch it this one pokeball then oh well (because i already had one on my pokemon staduim) and i threw an ultraball with him at half health and causst him! i was like wow. The pokemon must not have a real rate of catching. Hey, has anyone here tried to catch a Rayquaza with only Poke Balls and a Level 60 Pokemon that can't make status problems?

That's when Timer Balls would come in handy. I try to take those on every legendary catch I go after if I don't have a Master Ball.

my hardest catch was Kyogre,Rayquaza,Groudon rayquaza and groudon only took me like 15 and i think 15-20 ultraballs but kyogre geez i seriously battled that pokemon for 45 minuts and after 83 ultraballs i got realy annoyed and just threw my masterball and finally cought it i prolly used my masterball on the wrong pokemon but i didnt care at the time it was the only ball i had and i just wanted to catch it lol

I caught Suicune in Crystal after forgetting to save the game before starting the fight. I only had 3 Ultra Balls, 20 Great Balls, and 1 Moon Ball. Luckily Lanturn was able to paralyze it and weaken it to a bit less than 1/4 of it's HP, but it didn't seem to matter. I used all 3 Ultra Balls, the Moon Ball (because I was getting desperate at that time), and all but 3 Great Balls and never got close to catching it. I lost 2 of my 4 Pokemon and was getting frustrated. I had thought about just taking it out and getting the EXP for it but decided to throw one more Great Ball. Somehow, even though I had yet to even come close to catching it even with Ultra Balls, I caught it.
I also had trouble catching Ho-oh in Gold. I did save before starting that time and I tried at least 10 times before giving up and defeating it. Paralyzed and nearly no health didn't seem to matter. My hardest was probably Lugia on gold. I had a level 86 scyther who I used to catch pokemon, because of his false swipe ability. He didn't do enough damage though, so I had to constantly switch around pokemon and put Lugia to sleep after false swiping it, finally catching it with an ultra ball after maybe 20 tries. |

Mewtwo was pathetically easy to catch me.
Same thing with Latias and Latios once I trapped them. Azelf and Uxie were easy, but Mesprit was annoying. Lugia and Ho-oh were mildly challenging. Every other legendary was easy for me. Except one. The winner is.....Registeel. This thing would not submit. It had one HP left and I constantly put it to sleep. I came with 47 ultra balls and 32 timer balls. My hardest catch was Raquaza with Pokeballs, it took his health to be like this

Even though I don't play Pokemon, I know this. You should never use the master ball until your final fight with Mewtwo, as I heard he is neat impossbile to catch without the master ball.
