Memories are both a blessing and a curse. With them, treasured moments of your life can be immortalized in your conscious. With
regrets, you might be haunted forever or forced to remember what you cast away. If you didn't have your memories and experiences, you would probably be an entirely different person. For example, think of Castle Oblivion from Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories. You walked into a castle or a hallway, only to feel like you lost something important, only to find out you can't even remember who you are and why you're there. How would you handle your memories being manipulated, unaware of it all? How would you perceive your environment? How would you get around without remembering your loved ones?

What would you do if you could not remember anything? Who would you look for in regards to helping you regain what you have lost? Thanks for listening.

That would be a bad thing if I didn't I mean I had a slight encounter with that before but it only happened for some days until I recovered back my memories and boy was it not good. I couldn't remember my friends what I do on vizzed and even my personality. This was like years ago anyway. But if they were to fully happen like fully. As in family wise what you like to do and more. I wouldn't be able to handle that. Its like losing the most important memories you kept for years. And not to have them and start anew as another person it would be heartbreaking for the family. But who knows...sometimes people can recover their old memories back. It may take time to get it back as in months or even years.

I couldn't care, because I already know what it feels like, I have no memory of 2011, or anything before I moved house in July 2009, and can barely remember most of 2012, although remember quite a bit of 2010.
My mind is completely fragmented, along with the fact some of it is completely lost.

Somethings I wished I don't remember. For example being bullied for almost all of my 13 years in school. Being in the next room where my father was cheating on my mun when I was at treatment trip to Canary Island because of my asthma and eczema. Those two memories I would gladly forgot, but I'm seem not able to do it. One thing I'm glad I remember is seeing my uncle on my birthday right before he takes suicide the next day. 18 years later and I still remember it and happy I'm.

But to look at it at a different angle I'm glad I remember it since it making me stronger.

It would be a scary moment for me. I have a phobia of being alone called monophobia. If I were to wake up one day and not remember anything or anyone and all I saw were strangers, I'd probably have a huge anxiety attack.

But maybe me forgetting everything could lead me to not knowing I have it and along with the fact I have no mental illness.

Well, what I would do now is based on my current experiences, so if those were gone, how would I have any way of knowing how myself without memory would handle a situation.

If I could remember that I knew something at one point, but couldn't remember WHAT it was, I'd leave it alone.

A lot of the things I can remember give me plenty of stress and if I had nothing to remember, I'd have nothing to think about and I'd be able to sleep much better. I would have more time for myself, too. Since I wouldn't have any friends to go back to.

That being said, I like my friends and I don't want that to happen. If it did though, I'd make the most of it.

If I couldn't remember anything, I would probably just end up sitting and waiting for someone to tell me what to do. The thing is, I wouldn't have known if I forgot something, I would think that it was normal. Heck if i forgot my name, I probably wouldn't think that anybody has names until I start hearing people talk to others, so if I did forget everything, I would think that everything is normal, but I just wouldnt know where I am or what I'm doing. This happened to me once for about 10 minutes 7 years ago, I woke up in my parents car not knowing what anything was at all after an attack and I just sat there staring out the window not being able to think about anything until I started remembering stuff, and its not like you slowly start remembering stuff. If you temporarily lose your memory like this, it all comes back in an instant, not like a wave of memories, but like you feel like you never lost them, yet at the same time you know you did.

Probably just admit I can't remember anything and make some more memories from there. That would really suck if I can't remember anything, though. Let's hope that doesn't happen.

That's a bad question because what I believe I would do is affected by the context of my memories.
However I'm going to assume I'd be upset, but attempt to just start again, I don't have a lot of great memories as it is anyway.

I've had this thought a couple of times now. If I retained general knowledge, but I forgot everything related to me, my memories, experiences, etc... I would pretty much be dead, wouldn't I?
In a sense, I mean. I would still be alive, but it would be a new me. They would either be the same as I was, or a completely different person, but I would be dead, however at the same time I would still be alive. Since my memories would be gone, I wouldn't remember being me.

It's a convoluted way of explaining it, so I hope I got my point across.
