Well. Do I have a story for you. Picture me about two years ago. Young, fresh, buff, you know what I'm saying. One evening I'm sat on a discord call with some internet strangers. No clue who they are and haven't talked to them since but hey we vibing.

Anyways, we decided hey we all kind of like Minecraft even though its 2018 and it wasn't even back to being popular like it is now. So we get to playing. Now growing up I always played on European servers with my friends, so when these people went to join a certain server, I had never heard of it before in my life. Not a big deal, I just probably looked like a noob to all of them. We go through various mini games on the server, stuff like survival games or parkour or arcade games. Pretty much everything you can think of. Eventually we get to a mini game called Bridges.

I had no expectations going into it but I soon found out I actually really enjoyed it. There was a resource gathering phase to it, similarly to the walls, and then after 10 minutes the bridges connecting every island spawned in. Unlike many I liked the resource phase a lot because it was nice to be able to casually play for a bit talking to people without having to really be alert of my surroundings all the time. Also, there are no fishing rods in the game, which due to an overlooked mechanic gave a player who knew how to abuse it a great advantage in sword PVP. I hate the mechanic personally, so not having to deal with sweaty try-hard players spamming them was a very welcome change.

Anyway, we get resources, the bridges spawn, and our team is on its merry way. Instantly our squad makes our way to a nearby island, completely trampling over a still unprepared team. Pure annihilation happened. Feeling good and getting some loot, we make our way to the next island. This time the enemy team was prepared, but our skill outweighed theirs and we were slaughtering them too. There were, however, two enemy individuals who took to hiding in the trees to try and avoid a confrontation.

Being the brave soldier that I am, I took it as my job to eliminate these pests from the game. Climbing up the tree, I quickly swing my sword at one of them and kill him in a few hits. The next enemy suffers a similar fate, making me victorious and still on relatively good health. 8 hearts out of 10, I did well. Or so I thought.

When my team were making preparations to head out to finish the last remaining enemy team, I of course wanted nothing more but to join their efforts. In an attempt to catch up to them, I decide I'm healthy enough to drop down from a lower branch of the tree and still be on good enough health after suffering some recoil damage to continue. However what happened next shocked me to my core.

As I take the small leap of faith to the ground, I feel my feet, legs, knees shatter. I drop to the ground. Dead. I had failed my team. All 8 of my hearts, gone in a flash. I look at my death screen in awe of what just happened. Hastily clicking the respawn button, I fly over to where I had just exhaled my final breath. The branch I jumped from could not have been higher than 10 blocks off the ground. Immediately sensing the bulls*** that had just happened to me, I start flailing my arms in a fit of rage. The game had glitched. Gravity had intensified in that very moment, causing my otherwise safe fall to result in tragedy. All the while these strangers on discord were laughing their asses off.

And the idiots still make fun of me for it to this day.

Never have I ever shoved 2 or more donuts in my mouth at once.

I have eaten sushi a lot, but for a really long time I hated everything to do with fish, so I was always afraid of sushi and didn't even try it for the first time until like after I turned 20, but then I started to really like it afterwards.

Never have I ever thrown away a good console by mistake.

I have! Plenty of times. You kind of have to when you live in Europe, everything is so close together and you don't need a visa to enter or leave pretty much any country here.

I want to go outside of Europe though at one point. A trip to the US to visit the people I know there would be nice, or a trip to some place like Thailand. Never to Australia though, they've got snakes everywhere and that's a hard no from me.

Never have I ever eaten spoiled food.

Not only have I given pre-marital eye contact, I also said hello to her before marriage. Some places in the world would call that a sin, but I've always been a rebel. And hey, if we both feel mutually ready to take that step and say "hello how are you?" then we should be able to try that. Who's going to judge? Weirdoes

Never have I ever thrown food at someone.

I might have done it back in the good old days of food fights in public schools but nothing that I can personally remember.

Never have I ever been drunk outside.

I haven't! I don't think I've ever gotten full on drunk before and I don't plan to in the future. I got a little tipsy once but it wasn't that bad and I was able to find my way home on my bicycle without crashing so it wasn't too bad. The fact that it was like 3.30am and I was exhausted made it harder than the tipsy feeling. I did accidentally take a horrific selfie whilst trying to open the gate so there's that I guess

Never have I ever jumped into a snowpile with no warm clothes on

I have never done that with or without warm clothes on because I usually just prefer seeing how many footprints I can leave in untrodden snow instead, it's something about the sensation, feeling, and sound, and it's hard to explain.

Never have I ever tripped down the same set of stairs 3 times in the same week.

Not in the same week but I’ve done so in the past… three times in separate months. I’m just lucky I haven’t broke any bones or sprained my ankles.

Never have I ever stole food in the kitchen that was for someone else and they told me not to touch it

I don't believe I've ever done that but if I have I'm clearly not remorseful solely for the fact that I can't count the number of times I've been told I could have something just for someone else to take it and eat it anyway worse so when it's the person who told I could have it! I always explain like oh I'll eat it for breakfast or later considering the fact I'm a diabetic and 99% of the time I'm offered food I'd have to do a shot to be able to eat!

Never have I ever stayed up for 48 hours.

I don't think I've ever done that either, the closest I've done was the day I went to PAX East. I woke up at noon on Wednesday and I think I got home Friday morning at around 4 AM and was asleep within minutes so that was between 39 and 41 hours at most.

Never have I ever failed my driving test.

True because I've never gone and taken one! Considering I'd have to sign a contract with my diabetes dr saying they could take my license away at any point if they decided I don't know what I'm doing and how they treat me I've never felt like going for it.

Never have I ever drank normal Sunkist.

I'm assuming that is Sunkist Orange? I'm not sure theres any other flavor that could be considered normal. I have in fact drank that many times, despite liking fanta more.

Never have I ever been to Europe.

Hahaha yes I have. Twice. Story time?

The first time was in college. It was at the end of the Spring semester. I was hanging out with some friends that I was in a newspaper club with. We were drinking in our one friend's basement, and then we went out to the bar. I didn't immediately realize that I couldn't remember what had happened the night before, because I woke up in a panic. The Poker Club Champs Tournament was supposed to start at 12. It was 11:50. (Throughout the school year, Poker Club participants earn points for their performance in Poker Club Events. The top 10 players earn a spot in the Champs Tournament. The winner is crowned Poker Club Champion, and is awarded a nice trophy and a cash prize. I earned a spot by finishing second in points, only 4 points behind the club president, who now plays poker professionally.) I jumped out of bed, and was immediately greeted with a wave of nausea, disorientation, and head pain. I responded to the messages I had received and let them know I was on the way. They waited for me. I proceeded to play some of the worst poker of my life, while enduring the worst hangover of my life. The whole thing was streamed live to Twitch, and can be watched in its entirety on YouTube. I only realized that I couldn't remember how I got home when I thought about how I forgot to set my alarm. The realization hit me even more when my friends told me about some of the things I allegedly did and said, including screaming at my friend John, and ranting about my friend Pat driving drunk.

The second time was last January, the week that I arrived in Florida for the Disney College Program. I decided to throw a party in my apartment, and invited over everyone that I had met up until that point. There were probably 10 to 15 people there, but most people left fairly early. I remembered that for a very long time, it was just me, Kenzie (who I had met only once prior to this), and Steven (who I had met a few times). What I didn't remember was exactly how much I had revealed about myself. Apparently, I told them about some very personal things. I made a fool out of myself, and somehow that resulted in both of them developing crushes on me. Weird how that happens. I live with Kenzie now. Unfortunately I had to break Steven's heart.

Anyway...

Never have I ever been suspended from school.

Correct, I have never been suspended from school, which I do find a little odd. I was always the kid who would always be chatting and throwing out jokes about content or the teachers or whatever, I'm surprised it never ended up landing me in much trouble, but I guess all of my teachers liked me.

Never have I ever been on a cruise.

True I've never been on a cruise maybe someday in the distant future but I don't see that changing until I'm an old man lol.

Never have I ever ate 20 pieces of Pizza in one sitting.

I have eaten 2 whole pizzas in one sitting once. So if you slice a pizza in tenths, you could say I have. It wasn't any big event or anything, I just barely ate anything that day, and so stuffed up at night.

Never have I ever rode a unicycle in the woods whilst playing an accordion.
