Saw this right before bed, thought I'd answer.

If they forgot their password and the re-register, the first thing they should do is contact a Global and ask them one of two things.

1. Can I have my password back so I can get into my old account?
2. Can I keep my new account and let go of the old one, even if it's possible to retrieve the password?

And from there, one of those two things will be answered with either "Yes" or "No." And then there's an intermission where we LETS ALL GO TO THE LOBBY TO GET SOMETHING TO EAT

In all seriousness though, aside from the intermission everything else is correct.

No he can't use your phone to make an account. If he can't make an account on his own phone or computer then how is he going to use Vizzed otherwise? Sounds more like trying to find a way to make a new account rather than continuing to use an old one.
