This happened with me as well. The plugin does not seem to work with Chrome anymore and I am not sure why. I would highly suggest downloading Mozilla Firefox. You do not need to make it your main browser but you should probably have it so you can play games on Vizzed with a decent Browser. Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge can also play games in the RGR but those are much worse browsers overall.
