I get anxious a lot in general, but superstitions like this aren't things that make me anxious.

Not really because it all is just another day for me, so this talk of bad luck seems kinda far fetched.

Not really, I think it is a day like any other, but only myth characterises the date so much, that's all to it.  It is all physiological.

No, I actually notice it's Friday the thirteenth and chuckle a little, then go on with my day. I honestly look forward to the date because I get a kick out of it. Weird, I know. It's like a little inside joke with myself every time it rolls around.

I used to pick on my brother because he was just a tiny bit superstitious. He'd say things like "I'm not superstitious, but why risk it?" When he saw me walk under a ladder. xD I would just say something like "Dude, there is no 'Not superstitious, but cautious anyway'. If you're afraid for me to open an umbrella indoors or walk under a ladder, you're superstitious. Give it up". Lol Then I would proceed to walk under a ladder repeatedly, or open and close an umbrella indoors over and over. It was so much fun messing with him. And no, it didn't really scare him, just bugged him - I wouldn't have done it if it scared him.

So now you know the story of why Eirinn derives pleasure from the date Friday the thirteenth.

I actually know people that are paranoid of the day to the point where they lock themselves in their room until the next day.

I also watch some Friday the 13th films that day, usually Jason Takes Manhattan, love that film.

Nope, it never really crosses my mind until the middle of the day. I'll usually wake up on Friday the 13th, go about my day like usual for a few hours and then realize that it's Friday the 13th. I then think about it for a few seconds and then I go back to doing my normal stuff for the rest of the day thinking the same way that I was before I realized it.
