I really want to find a game I used to play when I was little, but I can't remember what it's called or who made the game.

What I remember:
It would have been 1990s, maybe early 2000s
There was this fish that said "Oh my!" in George Takei's voice
There were flowers that swirled and disappeared when you clicked on them
I'm not sure it was an educational game, I want to say it was more of a hidden object
There was a screen showing different scenes and when you clicked on one, it would take you to that scene
There was a zoo scene and a beach scene

I hope this is the right place to post my question. If anyone could help me find this game, I would really appreciate it since it's been on my mind for a long time.

Sounds very much like a Humongous Entertainment game. Maybe it's Putt-Putt goes to the Zoo? You can find many of their classic games on Steam under the "Humongous Entertainment Complete Pack". You can use this as a reference to find certain games, if you're ever looking for a specific Humongous game.

supernerd117 : It's not a Putt-putt game, nor is it a Freddy Fish, Pajama Sam, or Spy Fox. I've looked at Humongous Entertainment and I can't find anything familiar in their games.
