Happiness is truly a wonderful thing. It soothes and enlightens us all. It also somewhat predicts lower heart rate and blood pressure. It surprisingly affects your immune system, and combats your stress. It negates your frequent body pains, lessens disease and disability, and lengthens our lives. I'm talking about this I'm usually not  happy, as my low self-esteem and timidness really takes a number on my mental well-being. However, I'm happy helping others and seeing their happiness. With that in your mind, I'd like to know just how your goodwill is accumulated.

  What makes you happy and why? How optimistic are you in life? I'm ever so thankful.

What makes me happy in life is making other people happy. I love making people laugh, even if I embaress myself doing it. I'm very optimistic so I want to make others just as optimistic. So that is pretty much what makes me happy.

I have read enough posts on this website to realize a majority, probably an overwhelming majority of people on here are not happy people.  Everyone seems just disappointed or so introverted, they don't conceptualize happiness outside of the fleeting moments of a video game or two.  But I may be completely wrong.

Happiness, to me, is having my meaningful relationships with people in real life.  I have many friends, most of who truly care about me and for me and want to see me succeed and learn.  They support me and cheer me on and I derive joy in watching them succeed and develop themselves emotionally, physically, career-wise, and if they choose, spiritually.

Happiness is being surrounded by others who really love you, when you want them around.

Well for me, My faith in Jesus makes me a happy person. I have to rely on my faith a lot because I have Autism and a disease that can make me really sick. Lets face life is not easy in fact its hard. So knowing that Jesus died and rose for me and that I get to go to the promise land just makes me want to shout.

For me is seeing my loved ones happy. That's the best source of happiness. Being surrounded by honest and loving people who truly want to see you happy and successful is also an easy way to feel happy.

               (1) to always know that my family will love and support me no matter what happens in life
               (2) to have friends who I always know I can trust
   (3) to have a roof over my head especially when recently so many other people have lost their homes due to natural disasters such as the forest fire situation in ALBERTA
            the other thing that always makes me happy is when I can make others happy
