Avreetheboss : If you're a fan of the Mortal Kombat games, definitely check out the movies.

I really liked the movies. Sure, some of the stuff going on was a little cheesy, but the fights were pretty great. My favorite fight scene was with Reptile, but all the ninja like characters had great fights, Scorpion and Sub-Zero.

So, I'd absolutely recommend watching the movies, it's got some pretty good actors in there like Robert Shou, Christopher Lambert, and Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa.

That's the first episode and you should be able to follow the rest of it by watching from that link. Worth checking out personally. Each video is only about 10 minutes long but it is really well done considering it was made for YouTube.

If you're a fan, I would definitely check them out. Like geeo said, I really liked the first one. If nothing else, you could always love them for being terrible I don't understand the concept of "a movie is so bad it's good" but apparently many people do.

The first is pretty okay. It wasn't too terrible. But the second one is kind of total trash. It loses focus too much, and eventually makes you wonder "What am I even watching?".

You could put them in so bad it's good territory, if you wanted. If you're the kind of person who likes those kinds of movies anyway.

for the most part the Movies were good. I remember one that came out in the mid to late 90's that was very good and followed the video games very closely. Hollywood did get a few things wrong but it was mostly good. 

They are not like the Mario Brothers movie which was very very bad. One of the worst movies ever. It didn't even follow the video game and the characters were totally messed up. Oddly it came out about the same time as Mortal Kombat did.

I watched only 2 episodes of it and then I forgot about it. Definitely check out the first film though. The scene with Johnny Cage and Goro is quite funny.

I love mortal kombat only the first film though. liu kang vs reptile was my fav fight ever! In those times I would often reply it because they played the original soundtrack for the fight scene. I should go back and watch it again just like old times. Thanks a lot for making this thread it was a good thing. If someone hasn't watched a film like this in ages it will remind them to go back and watch it again for fun. Just like the did before.
