For me, between xyz and synchro, I prefer synchro. I like the rules involving it. It adds more strategy to the game in my opinion.

I always loved the fusion summons in the anime. That being said I never watched much of it past the original season(s) with Yugi playing the main protagonist role. The Pharaoh that was in his necklace was always my favorite character of the show. I'm assuming fusion summoning is along the lines of "Polymerization" or extremely similar, so I hope I answered this correctly.

I also liked that character, though, I only known him as yami yugi. I'm still holding out hope that he'll appear in arc v at some point like jack altas and crow.

I love the Rank-Up playing style, so I guess I'd have to go with Xyz Summon, but I'm also very fond of Fusion Summon and the great role it has played not only at the start of the anime and the first spin-off, but in the whole series and its various archetypes.

I really don't see why people would like Pendulum Summon. While it gives a wider strategy to allow for easier and quicker Xyz and Synchro summons, and seemingly they've started to support Fusion as well, Pendulum Monsters themselves are crap, specially when they go up to high levels or ATK/DEF points. Being able to summon the exact same monster all the time without even needing your Draw Phase is horrible.

Man, I have tons of Yu-Gi-Oh! cards, but I've only played them by myself (Aww... That's sad, me... XD) None of my friends ever got into Yu-Gi-Oh!, and I've never entered in any tournaments. XD

Fusion Summon is my favorite, as it is probably the easiest way to summon besides normal summoning. It is also a bit of a nostalgia thing for me as I loved watching Yu Gi Oh GX while I was younger, even though I watched the original series too.
