Earlier I made a thread about least favorite biomes so I thought I should also do 1 about the reverse. What is your favorite biome? Based on what spawns there,how it looks,or maybe some other reason.

I thought about it for a long while there's a lot of biomes I like and a batch I just can't stand but my favorite of the bunch has to be the mesa biome. I love how it looks mostly it reminds me of the grand canyon or the area goku and vegeta had there first fight. I would love this biome way more if it was not so rare I mean I would live in 1 but they are so far away that I just don't want to live that far away. Ice spikes almost took it for me but I decided that mesa are more interesting in a way because the only thing close to them in how it looks are deserts. Also bonus
points to the pocket edition for having above ground mineshafts in these biomes.

My favorite biome would need to be the desert one for 3 main reasons. First, it's clean and barren. Because of this, it looks nice and simple and you can spot dangers from far away because there's nothing in the way. It's also really easy to dig sand if you have the right tools, and at least for me its easier to find villages and other cool stuff in the sane than anywhere else.

zanderlex : I agree  Deserts are nice because of all the awesome stuff in them which is weird because ya know it's a desert one of the biomes I would think would be boring is one of the best. I prefer the plains biome in general. It's a good place to establish a starting base with most of the animals available to you. It doesn't offer much beyond that but I like having all the animals available in basically one place.

I also like deserts, especially for villages, because of most of the reasons said below. I also think desert villages are the nicest ones.
