Welcome everyone to The International Forum! This forum was intended for non US-based users to have a place to have their own discussions about basically anything. Politics, sports, celebrities… Anything has its place in our place.

This forum can be accessed by anyone, but our threads will only focus about things that either don’t get any following in the main forums for unfamiliarity with the subject or simply have no place there. You’re still free to post threads on the main forums, but here you will have a place dedicated for them if what you want is feedback.

You may be asking what kind of threads can we post here, so while “anything” isn’t a definite answer, here you have some examples.

-Politics: Every country undergoes elections at any given time of the year, plus other organisms beyond local governments like the European Parliament. Local laws as well as news towards the political world are also welcome.

-Sports: Football (yes, football) is a main thing in the old continent, for example, though people like yours truly has little interest in it. Motorsports and tennis are widely followed too, just to name some examples. I’ll be creating a discussion about which sports can have a seasonal live report later on, but threads about certain individuals or teams won’t be allowed unless it’s a major reason (injury, accident, retirement or anything non-related to what could be included in a match/event report).

-Events: For example big festivals, aimed at cinema (Cannes), music (Tomorrowland) and many more. Any kind of festival is admitted as long as it’s important enough, and by important I mean drawing the interest of tenths of thousands of people.

-Forum games: Of course, what’s a place to have fun without games of any kind? Here you will be able to schedule forum based games. Don’t simply take a game from another forum of Vizzed without authorization, either from the mods of that forum or the mods in this forum, and generally refrain from Viz prizes.

This is just a glimpse of what you can do, but I’m sure there are many more I haven’t mentioned.

Also, a little breakdown of the rules:

-No flaming or insulting will be allowed. Cultures are sure to clash in here given the nature of this forum, but we can keep respectful discussions even if we disagree with one another.

-No spamming. Spam is any kind of worthless post, like going off-topic on a thread not specifically made for it, very short replies under 10 words and also plagiarizing, whether it’s partially or completely.

-No Ask Anything, Elimination, Hangman or ABC threads. At least for now, we can stick to the ones already available in the main forums. We may make exceptions if the topic is relatively wide, like the Ask Anything about Europe, so before creating a thread like this first contact the mods of the forum.

-Last, but not least: FOOTBALL IS FOOTBALL, NOT SOCCER
