WOW! It looks the exact same as the original ones!

They seem to be doing what nintendo does, instead of enhancing the graphics to HD, they DOWNGRADED them and are re releasing the game for 5x the original price! 

But really that's a pretty sweet looking video you made. 

I now get why you were playing shenmue so much the last few days lol

Barathemos : While Shenmue looked really good for it's time, the nullDC emulator makes it look way better than it actually did. Also, the nullDC emulator technically plays Dreamcast games in HD so this kinda gives you an idea of how a Shenmue HD would actually look.

I knew Shenmue was a very popular game, but I've never been into that kind of games to see for myself why it had so much fame. Thanks to this, now I know it's fame is well earned. A lot of Gamecube games that were released later than Shenmue, even though it was for an almost equally potent console, had much horrible graphics than that.

I liked so much the intro, with the screen changing from the original to the remake, and with the music to follow through. It really gives you the impression it's an authentic trailer showcasing the new graphics. Nicely done, David.

EX Palen : I highly recommend the game, especially since we have both Shenmue I and Shenmue II available in the Retro Game Room and for 0 Viz. Except for some graphical glitches here and there, the nullDC emulator inside the RGR Plugin plays the games in HD and they looks great.
