OH HOW THIS GAME PLAGUES ME!!! Sorry that's off topic... ok so when nintendo removed lots of games they removed mario world for the nes. That game was a bootleg just like this one. Why did they not remove this one. The only reason I can think of is because its not for a Nintendo system but that still does not make a lot of sense.

My best guess is that the game doesn't use any existing Nintendo assets. That would mean the graphics, etc. in this case were designed from scratch, despite copying the originals.

I think it's completely idiotic. It's not on a Nintendo system so therefore it's OK to keep in the RGR. I think that's the just of it or bottom line. So we need to port all the games Nintendo removed to a Sega Genesis version hint hint.

Nintendo is all about money and if they don't get money they scrap anything they can to try and keep it or make more of it. Nah I am just kidding but it could be possible that I am correct about it. In all honesty the whole removing games from Nintendo is kinda lame yes I see that its there games that they made and such and they want money for it. But they made enough and a bunch of money for it to begin with so why the harm in a little bit of a compensation or such. Nah Nintendo don't care about it >.<
