TheButterBoy_Won : it wasn't entirely Nintendo's doing they gave David some time to take them down before they filed a lawsuit against him and the site for using their games for free

so to avoid getting sued or worse Nintendo having the site shut down completely David removed the games besides I lovez this site so I wouldn't want it to be shut down over Nintendo having a little temper tantrum >.>

TheButterBoy_Won : It is a hack. You are right. Yet it is not a homebrew and it is on vizzed. Meaning they used an actual pokemon games coding in the hack to make it. Therefore the person hacking might be actually stealing Nintendo's own coding. Also if you are going to swear at least spell it correctly.
