So today I logged in to Vizzed to see I had three notifications. One said I was in the chat room which I was. While the other two were both Visiting Vizzed. I only visited Vizzed once though. Is this a bug in the system or is this like the double post glitch?

It could be that you visited yesterday, went into chat but never looked at the notification and then came to the site again today and looked and saw the notification from 2 days ago, and the 2 new notifications from yesterday. Just a thought

Your CP page says that you only visited 3 times all month, so have you checked the dates of the notifications? It's possible that one of the visit notifcations is from another day that you logged in and forgot to check.
