On Monday, 2/29/2016, from 4 - 8 PM (central time zone) we'll all be listening to and rating the songs submitted to the Nintendo NES Music Competition. Shortly before each song finishes, I'll give users a link to where they can rate each song and the song submitters get points for any rating above a 3 (out of 5).

I will be hosting this event on my Twitch channel and I'll be giving away a total of 250,000 Viz and $250 worth of Steam Games. The more songs you rate, the higher your chances are of winning a raffle after the stream is over. Each rating you make during the stream is basically another entry in the raffle.

This music competition and all future music competition and streams will be completely different than the ones before this so if you haven't checked out a music stream in a while, before sure to check this one out since it'll be handled a lot differently.

Davideo7 : I thought the plan was to stream from vizzed from now on? Is that something that we can't do or is it just easier with Twitch?

SeveredGodGear : How would I go about streaming it on Vizzed? It'll still be streamed on Twitch but the songs will be played from Vizzed. The other 2 things that will be different is that voting will take place on Vizzed (I'll give users a link to the song to rate it) and the raffles will take place after the stream and will be handled by a Vizzed script (which will help the flow of the stream since there will be no interruptions).

Davideo7 : OH, I was pretty confused then. Now I understand. Thank you for clearing that up. I have no clue on that techno magic that is streaming, beyond using OBS to stream with Twitch.

This should be fun. Lots of great music selections to choose from. I'm hoping to be able to make the stream, but Mondays are usually crazy for me and that's the time I'm usually coming home from work. I'll try to make it for as much of the stream as possible though.

I apologize that I wasn't able to make the stream. With the icy weather in the evening and having to stay at the office late, I wasn't able to make it in time to catch the fun. I hope that it was very succesful.
