Ok, so i was battling the sixth gymleader of Pokémon Platinum. You know... That one game that was different than Diamond and Pearl.

I had six pokémon. The weakest was a Bidoof with Level 2. Not kidding, he was level 2. He was kind of worthless for my party, but i didn't had time to switch. Anyway, i was battling that gymleader (Forgot his name. He used Steel pokémon, though) and i defeated almost every pokémon... Except one: Bastiodon. Bastiodon killed all my pokémon, except Bidoof! He only used a defense move on himself while i only attacked him as a Level 2 Bidoof!!! (For those who doesn't know: Bastiondon was Level 40) After literally 30 minutes i defeated Bastiodon as a Level 2 Bidoof, who went straight to Level 18 and evolved to Bibarel. I was proud on Bidoof. Sadly, a week later, i switched him for a rare pokémon and 2 years later i erased the data by accident...

So here's a message for all Pokémon gamers and battlers being stuck in the game: No matter where you are, or how hard the gymleader/legendary pokémon is... Always believe in yourself, and you'll be fine. Trust, i did that once... It helped.

(By the way, what a nice layout!!)

It's pretty cool that the AI can sometimes work to your advantage but that just seemed pretty dumb for them. How did you even do that though? Wouldn't you have run out of PP for your moves?

That has got to be the luckiest victory I've ever heard of in a Pokemon game. The AI never once used a single offensive move, even though it must've taken at least 10 to 20 turns? You should go to Vegas with that kind of luck.
